Advice to patients to support the practice to manage patient footfall and reduce queues.

 

FAQs

 

 

  • Med 3’s (sick notes) – These can be sent to patients electronically to your mobile device or a copy can be posted out to your home address.  Please do not attend the practice to collect.

  • Letters to patients – All paperwork will be posted to your home address when possible.

  • General paperwork – If you have general paperwork for the practice, please use the letter box to the left of the main surgery electronic door.  This includes registration forms, medical paperwork and any other paperwork.  This letter box is also for any repeat medication requests.  This box is emptied throughout the day.

  • Hearing Aid Batteries – These are only available from the Audiology Department at Brecon War Memorial Hospital.

  • Sample pot collection – Patients who are advised to provide samples can obtain pots from our collection point at the main surgery electronic door.

  • Sample pot drop-off – Please use the designated drop off box situated to the right of the main surgery electronic door.

  • Appointments – Please use our telephone triage system to make appointments.  If you have difficulty in using this system we can make alternative arrangements on an individual basis.

  • Requests for Access to Medical Records - Patients will be contacted when paperwork is available for collection.
