Wales National Exercise Referral Scheme (NERS)
On Wednesday, September 1st (3-4pm), Versus Arthritis is hosting a free talk from one of the NERS Coordinators in Wales. Come along to hear about the Scheme and learn how you can access exercise options tailored to your needs and conditions.
NERS (National Exercise Referral Scheme) is a Public Health Wales funded scheme designed to provide opportunities to exercise that are fun, rewarding and can be incorporated into everyday life.

Foodwise for Life
PTHB Dietetic team launched a weight management service available to residents of Powys in February 2021, this service is now accepting self–referrals. Foodwise for Life is a 9 week weight management programme, delivered via Microsoft Teams. We plan to offer face to face sessions when restrictions allow.
