The Practice would like to advise patients that Dr Julie Keely is no longer a GP Partner of the practice. Any ongoing care, follow ups, enquiries and requests from patients will be managed by the remaining clinical complement at the practice.
With the reduction in clinical resources the GP Partnership has applied to the Local Health Board to temporarily reduce its clinical sessions out of Sennybridge Health Centre and continue to operate 3 mornings per week, opening Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays: 8:30 to 12:30. These days will coincide with the medication collection service available to Sennybridge patients.
The GP Partnership wish to reassure patients and the community of its commitment to provide safe and efficient delivery of services.
