The Practice has been advised this afternoon of a delay in the installation of the new telephone system.
The delay is due to OpenReach not being able to make the appropriate number porting available.
We are very disappointed to hear this news as a lot of preparatory work has been undertaken at the practice to support this installation. We have been advised to expect the work to be re-scheduled for week commencing the 16th October 2023.
The GP Partners would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused but this is beyond our control.
